 LivingColors can display an infinite range of colours. By choosing a particular lighting effect inside your home you can change the atmosphere, match your mood and suit every occasion. Blue light creates a cool, serene atmosphere for many people, while for others the same colour can provide warmth and a more intimate setting.
The characteristics of light can have an amazing effect on the atmosphere in a room. LivingColors appeals to the heart rather than to the head. You can use lighting to create the right atmosphere whilst watching television, for a romantic dinner or spending time with friends.
 LivingColors caters to your desire for self-expression. The interior of your home increasingly says something about your personality, just as clothing does. People are also seeking a better balance between work and private life. The home is a place where they can relax and recharge their batteries, both on their own and with family and friends. The home acts as a kind of refuge, or place for enjoyment. LivingColors adds new dimensions to the interior of your home, creating an atmosphere flexible to your personal taste.
The touch sensitive remote control makes LivingColors simple to use. The dimmer enables you to adjust the intensity of the light. The new lamps are designed with LEDs. Consequently, they last longer and consume less energy and the small size of LivingColors makes it really inconspicuous. It can be aimed at a wall or at a corner of a room, high or low and at any angle, lighting up any room in any colour and at any intensity you like.
 16 Million Colours:
The LivingColors lamp contains 4 light emitting diodes (LED's). Two are red, one is blue and one is green. Each one can be increased, reduced, brightened or dimmed to produce a total of 16 million different colour combinations.
Unique Design:
The LivingColors lamp has a highly distinctive appearance. It's beautifully tough transparent surround is flat on the bottom to ensure stability when the lamp is places on a flat surface.
Cable and Adaptor:
The translucent power cable is 2.5 metres long. It is designed to be connected to the LivingColors power adaptor, which reduces the voltage to just 5V.
Cleaning:
The lamp may be cleaned with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Cleaning agents should not be used.
Maximum Use:
As the lamp does not emit any heat, you may keep it on for as many hours as you like.
Demo Mode:
If you disconnect and then reconnect the power supply, the lamp quickly runs through it's whole colour repertoire.
Optimum Distance to Wall:
Place the LivingColors lamp 0.5 to 1 metre away from your wall for the best effect.
Support:
A specially designed support is supplied to further improve stability on certain surfaces.
Lifetime:
The LivingColors lamp and remote control are guaranteed for 1 year. LED's are not replaceable, and life span of the LED bulbs is 4-5 years based on 3 hours of usage a day.
 
Remote Control:
The handy remote control allows you to switch the LivingColors lamp on and off, dim or change the colour effect from elsewhere in the room.
Colour spectrum:
By turning the colour wheel, you can display an almost infinite variety of colours.
Colour Saturation:
The 'white balance' button enables you to adjust the amount of white to create a softer tone of the same colour.
Light Intensity:
You can increase or reduce the amount of the light by using the dimmer button.
Radio Controlled:
The remote control works on a radio frequency (not an infrared beam). This means you don’t need to point it directly at the lamp to charge the colour effect.
Memory:
The remote control 'remembers' the last setting you chose, and displays this the next time you switch the lamp on.
Connection Option:
You can connect up to 6 LivingColors lamps to the same remote control. Just place the remote control close to the Philips brand name on the front of each lamp, and hold down the 'on' button until the lamp flashes 3 times. The lamp will then all display the same colour at the same time.
